The Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh (RCPE) has Web-Streamed Lectures covering many sub specialties in medicine. I found the Neurology one very useful, which is featuring updates in subarachnoid hemorrhage and multiple sclerosis, delivered on 9 November 2006 as part of a symposium on Neurology, organised by RCPE.
